Gizah Pyramids


Egyptian pyramids were built as tombs for the country's pharaohs and their consorts during the Old and Middle Kingdom periods.

The Cairo Toweris a free-standing concrete tower in CairoEgypt. At 187 m (614 ft), it has been the tallest structure in Egypt and North Africa for about 50 years. It was the tallest structure in Africa for ten years until 1971, when it was surpassed by Hillbrow Tower in South Africa.

One of Cairo's well-known modern monuments, sometimes considered Egypt's second most famous landmark after the Pyramids of Giza, it stands in the Gezira district on Gezira Island in the River Nile, close to downtown Cairo

Mohamed Ali Mosque


Situated in the Citadel of Cairo in Egypt and commissioned by Muhammad Ali Pasha between 1830 and 1848.

with its animated silhouette and twin minarets, the most visible mosque in Cairo.

The mosque was built in memory of Tusun PashaMuhammad Ali's oldest son, who died in 1816.

This mosque, along with the citadel, is one of the landmarks and tourist attractions of Cairo and is one of the first features to be seen when approaching the city any direction.


Maadi was Planned in 1905 by a Canadian retired officer Captain Alexander J. Adams holding some facilities founded by British Expatriates, It is an affluent, leafy suburban district south of Cairo, Egypt, on the east bank of the Nile about 12 km upriver from downtown Cairo. The Nile at Maadi is paralleled by the Corniche, a waterfront promenade and the main road north into Cairo.
